This $125 million investment is part of a public-private partnership between ASU and the City of Tempe. Its 30,000-square-foot conference center with 330 guest rooms will help revitalize the city with ample conference and meeting space. It will also support ASU’s mission as an educational and research institution that facilitates university-related meetings and public functions.

Groundbreaking on this 16-story hotel at 7 East University Drive began in the summer of 2021, and the design team is targeting LEED Silver certification. Highlighting Tempe’s beautiful cityscape, this space will feature 36,000 square feet of flexible indoor/outdoor meeting space.
