This 68-acre Hill East District waterfront neighborhood features two mixed-use buildings on the north and south edges of C Street. With 340-plus residential units and more than 30,000 SF of retail space, this project is revitalizing the area around the metro station at C and 19th streets.

The North Building houses a mix of studios, one- and two-bedroom units and more than 13,000 SF of retail space on the ground level. Amenities for this building include an interior landscaped courtyard, a rooftop party room with a kitchen and terrace area, a business center and a bike shop.

The South Building has 258 units and includes more than 21,000 SF of retail on the ground level. It features many of the same amenities as the North Building and also includes a second interior courtyard, a fitness center and a game room.
