Subcontractors: Manganaro Midatlantic, Beltsville, MD
Connecting the ASU campus with downtown Tempe, the $125 million project is part of a public-private partnership between the university and the city. Groundbreaking on the 16-story Omni Tempe Hotel at ASU began in the summer of 2021 and is slated for completion in spring 2023. The design team is targeting LEED Silver certification.
