Customer Service Center Anniversary Celebration
National Gypsum’s Customer Service Center (CSC) recently reached a significant achievement as it celebrated its 25th anniversary in Charlotte.
National Gypsum’s Customer Service Center (CSC) recently reached a significant achievement as it celebrated its 25th anniversary in Charlotte. National Gypsum has put its customers first since day one, and with resources like the customer service center, the company has been able to provide its customers with award winning service and support.
As the industry has grown and changed over the years, the company has made sure to adapt to best fulfill customers’ needs through investments in various technological advancements and associate training. These advancements coupled with the daily contributions and dedication from the CSC team help ensure that National Gypsum continues to provide exceptional support to all industry customers.
During a weeklong celebration, the company hosted various celebratory events to honor the CSC associates’ hard work and successes. Festivities included a catered luncheon sponsored by National Gypsum area managers and a birthday celebration in the new Customer Solutions Center.
The final event of the week recognized all Customer Service Center associates from the past 25 years. To complete the celebration, a brunch was held to bring together current and retired CSC associates. Throughout the brunch, current associates were able to mingle with retirees to celebrate their successes and discuss the influential impact their service has had and continues to have on the company’s customers.
National Gypsum is proud of the hard work and dedication each Customer Service Center associate exhibits daily. “It’s the people who make the difference,” said Greg Campbell, director of the Customer Service Center at National Gypsum.
