| Owner: | Private Residence | Sarasota Power Haus earned the 2011 LEED Project of the Year. It scored a minus 22 on the Home Energy Rating system, the lowest ever recorded by Energy Star and the Department of Energy's Builder's Challenge. It also scored 118 LEED points, the highest every achieved. Architect/Contractor Josh Wynne used Gold Bond® BRAND XP® Gypsum Board, ProForm® BRAND All Purpose Ready Mix Joint Compound, and PermaBase® BRAND Cement Board for the home. |
